If your life has felt like it is moving in circles effort without arrival, progress without breakthrough Kaal Sarp Dosha may be at the root. This once-a-year puja on Nag Panchami is the most powerful time to address it. The Nag Panchami Kaal Sarp Puja is performed at Shri Dhaneshwar Mahadev Temple, within the sacred Kubera Dham Ashram at Gau Ghat, Ujjain, under the guidance of Pujya Acharya Pt. Vasudev ji Shastri. This puja is not performed as a common group ritual. Instead, it is carried out especially in your name and for your personal prayer and intention. The puja begins with a Sankalp, where your full name, gotra (ancestral lineage), and personal prayers are offered before Bhagwan Shiv and Nag Devatas. This sacred step creates a personal spiritual connection between you and the puja being performed. After the Sankalp, the Kaal Sarp Shanti rituals begin with traditional Vedic mantras and sacred offerings. Milk, Gangajal, white flowers, sandalwood paste, sesame, coconut, blue and black coloured offerings connected with Rahu and Ketu, incense sticks, diyas, akshat, and other Vedic samagri are offered. During the puja, sacred hymns and mantras like “Om Namah Shivaya Nagarajaya Kaal Sarpa Dosha Nivaranam Kuru Kuru Swaha” are continuously chanted. The puja concludes with Aarti, where your name and prayers are once again offered with devotion for peace, protection, relief from obstacles, and freedom from the negative effects associated with Kaal Sarp Dosha. Once the entire puja is completed, the full video of the puja is shared directly with you on WhatsApp.
There are people who keep doing the right things in life, yet nothing seems to stay stable for long. A job finally starts going well, and suddenly problems appear. A relationship begins improving, and misunderstandings return again. Some people feel that every time life starts moving forward, something pulls them back without warning. In many families, the same struggles repeat for years. Delays in marriage continue without reason. Financial pressure keeps increasing even after hard work. The mind stays restless, sleep becomes disturbed, and a person slowly starts feeling mentally and emotionally tired from within. According to Vedic astrology, one such condition is believed to be Kaal Sarp Dosha. It is said to form when all seven planets in a person’s horoscope come between Rahu and Ketu. Devotees believe this dosha can create repeated obstacles, fear, instability, delays, and struggles that continue to appear in different areas of life. This is why many devotees perform the Kaal Sarp Puja on Nag Panchami. It is believed that worshipping Nag Devatas and performing this puja with proper Vedic rituals on this sacred day reduces the negative effects connected with Rahu and Ketu and provides relief from obstacles, fear, negativity, financial struggles, family problems, and the constant feeling of being stuck in life.
