Bazaar Products
For physical goods, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped; once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with evidence, and we will arrange a replacement. Digital products (e-books, software, reports) are delivered electronically and cannot be cancelled or refunded after delivery.
Puja/Seva Bookings
Once you have booked and paid for a puja or seva (temple service), it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as priests and resources are reserved. We may allow a one-time rescheduling if requested well in advance, subject to availability. No refunds are provided for cancellations or no-shows.
Vaastu Consultations
You may cancel or reschedule a Vaastu consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will incur the full consultation fee. Once the session is completed, no refunds are given.
Gemstone-Specific Returns
Gemstones, crystals, and rudraksha beads are non-returnable once delivered, unless the product is verified as defective or materially different from the listing. To claim a defective product, an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory. If the claim is approved, only a replacement (not a refund) will be provided. All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Kundli & AI-Generated Reports
Kundli reports, astrological readings, and AI-generated spiritual reports are personalised digital products. Once delivered to your account or email, these reports are considered final and are non-refundable. Please verify all input details (birth date, time, place) before placing an order, as errors in input data cannot be grounds for a refund.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, EMI options, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is not available for gemstone orders. We do not store your card details on our servers; all payment data is handled securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. In case of a double payment or overcharge, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any applicable gateway charges, within 7-10 business days.
