Refund & Return Policy

1. Puja Services

Puja bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

2. Physical Products

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

3. Seva Contributions

Seva contributions are non-refundable as they are considered charitable donations.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
