Do I need to perform a separate pran-pratishtha at home?

Accepted Answer

The murti is already respectfully sanctified before dispatch. However, devotees may continue daily puja and traditional practices at home according to their family customs.

Can I return the murti if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

A consecrated murti cannot be returned. Once the puja is performed, it belongs to you. We do not take it back and pass it to another devotee.

No. Puja is performed on all murtis individually. It's not a batch ritual. The bhasm that you receive in the wooden box and the video on your QR belong to the puja performed for your murti alone.

What if the murti arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Superfine brass is rugged and our packaging is serious. But even so, if it gets damaged, you get a full refund to the original payment method.

How long does delivery take?

Typically, it takes 3-5 days in metro cities, and 5-8 in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Each murti is dispatched within 48 hours, once the puja is completed.
